Delete Your Account

SoulCode allows you to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open the SoulCode app and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Read the deletion notice, then enter your password (if applicable).
4. Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
5. Tap Delete My Account to confirm.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile (nickname, age, gender, city)
• Your Soul Code and personality analysis
• All matches and chat history
• Your avatar / profile photo
• Share tokens and push notification tokens

For legal or safety compliance, we may retain minimal anonymized records (e.g., abuse report evidence) that cannot be used to identify you.

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to log in or access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@bdlogic.xyz. Please include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the request within a reasonable timeframe.
