Welcome to SoulCode. By using this application, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

SoulCode is an AI-powered personality analysis and social matching application. Through conversations with an AI assistant, we generate your unique "Soul Code" and recommend compatible users based on it.

2. Accounts

• You must register with a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Each person may only register one account.

3. User Conduct

When using SoulCode, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or impersonating personal information.
• Send harassing, abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Use the application for any illegal activities.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the application's normal operation.
• Use automated tools for bulk operations or data scraping.

4. AI-Generated Content

• Soul Codes and match analyses are generated by AI for entertainment and reference purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological assessments.
• AI-generated results may not be fully accurate. We make no guarantees regarding their accuracy.
• Match recommendations are based on algorithmic analysis and do not guarantee successful social relationships.

5. Intellectual Property

• The intellectual property of the SoulCode application and its content (including but not limited to design, code, and icons) belongs to us.
• You retain ownership of content you upload (avatar, conversation responses) but grant us a license to use it within the scope of our service.

6. Service Changes & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time.
• We may suspend or delete your account for violations of these terms.
• You may delete your account at any time directly within the app from Account > Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, you may use our account deletion page or contact support@bdlogic.xyz.

7. Disclaimer

• SoulCode is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of this application.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
